A Deep Tissue Massage relaxes the body, drains it of toxins and allows for the release of deeply held patterns of tension
You don’t have to be an elite athlete to benefit from a deep tissue massage. Focusing on the deeper layers of the muscle tissue allows your therapist to get to the root of your muscle aches and pains. It aims to relieve chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and very deep pressure on concentrated areas specific to your needs. The techniques used during this soothing treatment all help to increase blood and lymph flow, so muscles can once again operate at full capacity.

Indian Head Massage

Sports massage can be a deeper more specific massage that targets the soft tissues.
If you have an injury, soreness or just tight muscles the deep pressure will break down stress and adhesions, realign muscle fibres, increase range and motion and relaxation.
Couples Massage

Ideal for both couples and friends as you'll be massaged at the same time. Your Therapists will select oils that best enhance your experience and you can choose from a relaxing or deep pressure massage. The calm, tranquil atmosphere will leave you refreshed and renewed. Hot stone treatments can alternate warmth and cold -- a technique which has proven beneficial to soothe an aching body, or just focus on the warm stones.
Hot stone massage combines relaxing warmth and refreshing coolness to encourage the body to detox and heal. This also increases lymph flow and helps to flush out waste.
Heat relaxes your body in a short space of time, so your therapist can focus on a deep working of the tissues using both hot stones and hand strokes.
Hot stones also increase your sense of relaxation and calm. They are coated in fragrant oil which is smoothed gently onto your body, and each stone in turn is worked by your therapist's hands.
Scalp Therapy
